Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be new, unused, and uninstalled;

  • Be in its original condition;

  • Be returned in its original packaging;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or can no longer be resold as new are not eligible for return.

Please note that all returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or when a packing or shipping error is attributable to our company.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@groupedgp.com so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

When the responsibility lies with us, return shipping costs will be covered by our company, and a replacement or refund may be offered as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used products;

  • Products modified or damaged after delivery;

  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 10 business days.
